We need your help to find our Merseyrail Star.

Has a particular member of staff offered great customer service, impressed you by the way they've done their job, handled a difficult situation, or gone the extra mile to help you out in some way?

If so, we want to hear from you. Whether it is a member of staff you see every day providing a consistently friendly and helpful service or a one off incident where a Merseyrail employee went above and beyond, all nominations are welcome. 

All nominations will be reviewed and the winner of the Merseyrail Customer Star Award will be announced later this year. 

The closing date for nominations is Sunday 4th August. Your name and email address are only requested in the event that we would like to contact you for more detail on your nomination. No details will be shared and all names and email addresses will be deleted once the winner is chosen.
