This year's award nominations are now closed.

Each year we call on your help to find our Merseyrail Star, to help us recognise staff that have offered great customer service, impressed you by the way they've done their job, handled a difficult situation, or gone the extra mile to help you out in some way. 

All nominations will be reviewed and the winner of the Merseyrail Customer Star Award will be announced later this year. Thank you for your nominations.
