Anytime Single / Return Tickets
Travel at any time of the day locally or on the national rail network with a standard single or return ticket. Prices vary based on your station of origin and destination, but we've kept prices simple with no advance or off peak fares, just one price for each journey. Anytime Day Single and Anytime Day Return tickets are valid for one single or return journey on the date shown on the ticket.
Travel for less with a Day Saver
If you are travelling outside peak hours (peak time is 06.31 – 09.29 Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), save money by purchasing a Day Saver ticket. Day Saver is available as a 1 Area or an All Areas ticket and it is often cheaper than a standard return ticket.

Child Tickets
Children (aged 5 - 15) travel for 50% off standard adult fares. Children under 5 years travel for free.
